Mr. Rishabh Gupta
Mr. Rishabh Gupta is the Director of Adwin Innovations Pvt Ltd. He is young and dynamic entrepreneur with 27 years of age. He is law graduate and having more than 5 years of experience in Plywood, Battery and LED business.
He brings the zeal, enthusiasm and passion blended with his expertise in Business Management needed for the Innovative thought process for the organization. His role would be to carve out strategic roadmap for achieving a sustainable growth of Organization.
He is also one of the Directors in UEPL (UNIQUE ENERGOS PVT LTD) and contributing with his excellence and strategic vision.
DIRECTOR FINANCE
Mr. Sanjay Garg
Mr. Sanjay Garg is the Director of Finance of the company. He is a commerce graduate with vast and deep understanding of cost and financial accounting. His role is to oversee financial operations within the company and also provided strategic roadmap for maximizing company profit and growth.
He happens to be an extremely disciplined, dedicated, and efficient person with a warm personality and years of experience in this field.
He is 56 years old dynamic individual with more than 30 years of experience in various sectors especially in Agriculture, cement and battery industry to name few.
He is also heading the financial management team within UEPL (UNIQUE ENERGOS PVT LTD).

Mr. Mandeep Singh
Mr. Mandeep Singh Bhatia is Director of Adwin Innovations Pvt. Ltd. He is young and energtic 35 year old entrepreneur. He has done his B-tech from Baba banda Singh bahadur engineering college, Punjab. He has total 12 years of experience in LED lighting industry. He was also awarded by Punjab government by his new innovations.
His role is to manage company’s in Technical, Quality and R&D framework. He also shares the responsibility to identify new opportunities, generate ideas, and implement new processes in the organization growth plan.
